I
would like to take the time here to thank you personally for visiting
this site. I hope you like what you see, because there is so much
more where that comes from.
I
did some formal training at the Academy of Art College in San
Francisco, California. I studied traditional animation, which
is my field of choice. I studied for a year there, sadly my financial
situation took a sudden down fall, and I was unable to continue.
My talents have increased ten fold since I last went to school.
I have learned formal education is a good thing, but hands-on
experience can not be beaten.
I
look for inspiration in my art by, yes, looking at more art. I
often go back and look at my past drawings, as well other artists.
I am often surprised at how much I have changed when I go through
my older sketch books. I always find something I love, but never
finished. Mostly my inspiration is driven by cartoons, movies
and games. Also, a big part of my creativity can be accredited
to real life. Look around and be fascinated!
I
have been doing a lot lately. I am involved in a graphic novel,
which you will see excerpts from shortly. I have done a multitude
of pin-up drawings, tattoo and t-shirt designs. (please insert
the name of the zombie game here, sadly i forgot what it was called
exactly) was especially fun and rewarding.
Most importantly, I look forward to new projects, meeting new
people, sharing ideas, and being creative. I do this, not only
because its so much fun, but because I want to share my talents
with everyone. You are the one that makes this happen. Without
the viewer, there would not be art.
